A group of students from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy and the Hertie School of Governance teamed up to create a conference that focuses on topics relevant to public policy students in the 21st century. Both schools are home to diverse and international bodies of students that we hope will be able to bring a multitude of perspectives to the events. Our main event is a yearly conference designed to provide students with both theoretical and practical knowledge on the current topics.
Bridging Gaps 2017 will be the third edition of this project with the topic:
Threats to Liberal Democracies – Policy Challenges and Opportunities
The Willy Brandt School of Public Policy – Host of the 2015 and 2017 Conference editions and Home to founding members of the Bridging Gaps Project.
The Hertie School of Governance – Host of the 2016 conference. Home to founding members of the Bridging Gaps Project.
